Thanks to our interconnected systems and the use of specialised software, we can remotely oversee the entire production process. At a glance, each operator can assess the status of ongoing orders, the operational condition of our machinery, tool wear levels, and raw material consumption, empowering them to take swifter action when necessary.

Moreover, the collection and analysis of data enable us to make accurate forecasts regarding every facet of our workflow, spanning from raw material procurement to the status of incoming and outgoing orders.

This wealth of information is readily accessible at any time and from any device, even from remote locations far beyond our company premises.

WE ARE A MODERN INDUSTRY

Back in 2008, at our company there were just three numerical control machines standing beside 48 free-cutting lathes. Today, a decade later, we boast 37 of these machines, all interconnected.

Over the span of ten years, the modernisation of our production department has leaped forward with an ever-accelerating pace, mirroring the rapid strides in global technological innovation. Automation, connectivity, and remote control have become the cornerstones upon which we have consciously built our current operations.

Incorporating digital technologies into our company is our passion, in addition to the unwavering aspiration to refine our production processes and elevate the quality of work for our operators.

TECHNOLOGY ENHANCES THE WORKPLACE

Ensuring clean air and adequate lighting within the workplace is fundamental for the health and well-being of our staff. In 2017, with this understanding, we made substantial investments in modern ventilation, air conditioning, and lighting systems.

These cutting-edge systems provide continuous monitoring of the microclimate in our production area, all controllable remotely. In our workplaces, the noticeable absence of odors and oily mists stands out as a significant accomplishment, one that makes us very proud.
