The integration of new technologies led us to develop a comprehensive process. It starts
with the creation of the bill of materials and encompasses the critical step of linking each
batch of raw materials to individual orders, thereby ensuring traceability throughout the
entire supply chain.
All incoming raw materials are certified and undergo inspection and identification upon
arrival at our facility, prior to use in the production cycle. Bars, composed of brass, steel,
aluminum, and plastic materials, are uniquely marked with a designated color and are
coupled with an internal "identity document" that will accompany each order until the
delivery of the final product.
With 37 numerical control machines, effective tool warehouse management can make a
significant difference. That's why we have equipped ourselves with an automated tool
cabinet that stores the tools, tracks access, and securely pairs each tool with its intended
process.
This ensures that we always have the necessary equipment readily available and helps us
avoid unexpected production halts.
Planning and monitoring activities, in conjunction with the use of complementary tools for
production, are integral parts of the strategy we have embraced to boost productivity and
uphold our commitments to our customers.
Through collaboration with external companies, we can provide, upon customer request,
products complete with surface finishes such as zinc plating, nickel plating, burnishing,
copper plating, annealing, and hardening.
